RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Responsable audit interne - H/F sera sous la supervision du Directeur Général.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Etablir et mettre en œuvre le plan d'audit annuel et pluriannuel ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations formulées par l'ensemble des organes de contrôle ;
  • Evaluer le dispositif global de contrôle interne de l'entreprise.

Elaboration du plan d'audit et réalisation des missions d'audit

  • Identifier les principaux risques inhérents à l'activité, aux procédures et à l'organisation, à partir de la cartographie des risques ;
  • Elaborer le plan d'audit annuel et pluriannuel sur la base de ces risques, et le faire approuver par le comité d'audit ;
  • Coordonner les interventions de l'équipe d'audit avec le responsable des entités auditées ;
  • Réaliser les missions d'audit et thématiques prévues au plan d'audit dans les délais impartis ;
  • Réaliser les missions d'investigation, notamment de fraude, à la demande de la Direction Générale Assurer la supervision et la revue des travaux des auditeurs internes ;
  • Elaborer les rapports d'audit et de recommandations ;
  • Présenter les résultats des missions d'audit à la Direction Générale, et aux entités auditées ;
  • Assurer la constitution des dossiers de travail ;
  • Suivre la mise en œuvre des recommandations formulées ;
  • Encadrer ses collaborateurs et les évaluer.

Suivi des recommandations

  • Coordonner les interventions des auditeurs externes (commissaires aux comptes, Commissaires contrôleurs, inspection générale...) et leur faciliter la collecte de l'information auprès des fonctions opérationnelles ;
  • Procéder à la collecte et à la centralisation de l'ensemble des recommandations formulées par les audits internes et les audits externes ;
  • Assurer un suivi régulier de la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations, et reporter les résultats de ces suivis à la Direction Générale et à l'Inspection Générale ;
  • Apporter des conseils pragmatiques aux différentes entités de l'organisation dans le but de les assister dans la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations.

Evaluation du dispositif de contrôle interne

  • En collaboration avec le contrôle permanent, identifier et évaluer les risques significatifs afin de contribuer à l'amélioration des systèmes de management des risques et de contrôle ;
  • Elaborer les rapports périodiques à l'Inspection Générale et au Comité d'Audit et des
  • Risques Assurer l'amélioration du dispositif de contrôle interne;
  • Effectuer des tâches ponctuelles à la demande du Directeur Général.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Bac + 4/5 Finance / Gestion/ Audit et Contrôle de Gestion ;
  • Au moins 5 années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en cabinet d'audit serait appréciée ;
  • Maîtrise des techniques comptables, d'audit et du contrôle de gestion ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des Assurances ;
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique : Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
