RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Responsable commercial BPE sera sous la supervision du Directeur Commercial.

MISSIONS,

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients, piloter les ventes de béton prêt à l'emploi et assurer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires. Il/elle garantira la rentabilité des contrats, la satisfaction clients et le bon déroulement des livraisons en coordination avec la production et la logistique.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients BPE : prospection, fidélisation et négociation des contrats ;
  • Établir les offres commerciales, devis BPE, bordereaux techniques et conditions de paiement ;
  • Assurer le suivi des chantiers clients : planification des livraisons, volumes et priorités ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production et la logistique pour garantir la disponibilité du béton ;
  • Suivre la satisfaction client et gérer les réclamations en coordination avec la qualité ;
  • Analyser le marché, la concurrence et les prix pour ajuster la stratégie commerciale ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier : ventes, marges, volumes, prévisions hebdomadaires/mensuelles ;
  • Veiller au respect des politiques internes (conditions tarifaires, crédits, encaissements) ;
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès des majors, PME BTP et maîtres d'ouvrage.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC + 3/5 en commerce, génie civil, BTP, gestion ou Equivalent ;
  • Justifier de 5 à 10 ans commerciale dans le BTP, idéalement dans le BPE.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise des produits béton, formulations de base, contraintes de pompabilité et logistique BPE ;
  • Excellent sens de la négociation, du relationnel et du service client ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément, avec discipline et réactivité ;
  • Bon niveau Excel et CRM / ERP (Odoo est un plus) ;
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
