Responsable commercial et encadrement H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Le Responsable Commercial et Encadrement a pour mission de développer les ventes de l'entreprise, de coordonner les équipes commerciales et de s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients tout en respectant les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable commercial et encadrement - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Stratégie commerciale :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale en collaboration avec la Direction.
  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et proposer des axes de développement.
  • Établir des prévisions de ventes et des plans d'action.
  • Gestion des ventes :
  • Superviser et coordonner l'activité des équipes commerciales.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et consolider les relations avec les clients existants.
  • Négocier les contrats et suivre leur exécution.

Encadrement des équipes :

  • Recruter, former et motiver les équipes commerciales.
  • Fixer des objectifs clairs et mesurables.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des performances et apporter un soutien opérationnel.

Relation client :

  • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
  • Résoudre les problèmes commerciaux et assurer un suivi efficace des réclamations.

Analyse et reporting :

  • Analyser les performances commerciales et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Rédiger des rapports réguliers à destination de la Direction.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé dans le Département de SOUBRE, Sous-préfecture d'OKROUYO sur le site industriel dénommé OTTAWA.

FORMATION

  • Être Titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 option gestion commerciale.
  • Justifier d'un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES

Responsable commercial et encadrement-H/F

  • Compétences techniques :Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation. Bonne connaissance du secteur agro-industriel et des produits liés. Compétences en gestion d'équipe et management. Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (CRM, ERP, MS Office).
  • Compétences comportementales :Leadership et capacité à motiver une équipe. Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à atteindre les objectifs fixés. Excellentes compétences en communication et résolution des problèmes.
