Le poste de Responsable Commercial sera sous la supervision de la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients, prospecter de nouveaux partenaires et contribuer à la croissance du chiffre d'affaires des activités publicitaires et de communication.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Développement commercial

  • Commercialiser les offres conçues avec le Responsable Marketing ;
  • Développer le portefeuille clients ;
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et partenaires ;
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires des activités publicitaires et de communication.

Gestion et fidélisation du portefeuille clients

  • Développer et fidéliser les relations avec les clients existants ;
  • Identifier leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes et des opportunités commerciales ;
  • Développer les ventes additionnelles auprès du portefeuille existant.

Prospection et opportunités commerciales

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de nouveaux marchés ;
  • Participer aux rendez-vous, présentations et négociations commerciales ;
  • Assurer le suivi des prospects jusqu'à la concrétisation des affaires.

Collaboration avec le Responsable Marketing

  • Travailler en synergie avec le Chef de Publicité pour commercialiser les offres ;
  • Faire remonter les besoins et tendances du marché ;
  • Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de développement de l'entreprise.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+5 en Marketing-vente ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience idéalement acquise au sein d'une régie publicitaire ou d'une agence de communication.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance de l'environnement publicitaire et de la communication ;
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de prospection, négociation et vente ;
  • Excellent relationnel ;
  • Dynamisme et proactivité ;
  • Sens du résultat ;
  • Esprit entrepreneurial.
