Le poste de Responsable Commercial sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise afin de développer les ventes, accroître la part de marché et assurer la satisfaction client.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Développement commercial

  • Élaborer et piloter la stratégie commerciale en lien avec la direction ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités foncières et commerciales ;
  • Prospecter les clients (particuliers, investisseurs, entreprises, institutions) ;
  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille clients et partenaires ;
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et le suivi du marché immobilier local.

Vente et négociation

  • Présenter les projets immobiliers et les offres foncières de l'entreprise ;
  • Accompagner les clients dans toutes les étapes de la vente jusqu'à la signature ;
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales dans le respect de la politique de l'entreprise ;
  • Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle.

Management et coordination

  • Encadrer, animer et motiver l'équipe commerciale ;
  • Fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs, suivre les performances.

Reporting et suivi

  • Élaborer des tableaux de bord commerciaux ;
  • Analyser les résultats et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • Rendre compte régulièrement à la direction sur l'activité commerciale.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Commercial- H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac + 3 en Commerce, Gestion ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la vente immobilière, l'aménagement foncier ou la promotion immobilière.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Responsable Commercial - H/F

  • Maîtrise du domaine commercial et du secteur immobilier (aménagement foncier et promotion immobilière) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels Excel et PowerPoint ;
  • Capacité à élaborer un plan marketing ;
  • Aptitude à mettre en place des offres commerciales ;
  • Maîtrise du digital (réseaux sociaux etc).
