RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Responsable de Pôle Ressources Humaines sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Structurer, piloter et optimiser la fonction Ressources Humaines, tout en garantissant la conformité sociale, le développement des talents et l'accompagnement de la transformation organisationnelle.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Structuration et organisation RH

  • Structurer et formaliser la fonction Ressources Humaines ;
  • Définir et optimiser les politiques et procédures RH ;
  • Harmoniser les pratiques RH au sein de l'entreprise.

Administration et relations sociales

  • Superviser l'administration du personnel ;
  • Garantir la conformité légale et sociale ;
  • Gérer les relations sociales et les dossiers disciplinaires ;
  • Elaborer les déclarations sociales ;
  • Elaborer un bilan social en fin d'exercice ;
  • Contrôler la paie mensuelle du personnel.

Développement des ressources humaines

  • Superviser les recrutements et l'intégration des collaborateurs ;
  • Mettre en place des plans de formation et de développement ;
  • Piloter la gestion des carrières et de la performance.

Management d'équipe

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe ;
  • Structurer les activités du pôle RH ;
  • Développer les compétences de l'équipe.

Transformation et pilotage RH

  • Accompagner la transformation organisationnelle de la fonction RH ;
  • Participer à la digitalisation des processus RH ;
  • Proposer des actions d'amélioration continue.

Reporting et pilotage

  • Mettre en place des outils de suivi et de reporting RH ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés (turnover, absentéisme, effectifs) ;
  • Transmettre mensuellement les reporting RH . Les reporting sont utilisés chaque mois pour :
  • La clôture mensuelle des comptes au Groupe
  • La répartition analytique des charges du personnel

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social, Gestion ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines ;
  • Une expérience confirmée à un poste de Responsable RH senior ou DRH ;
  • Une expérience dans des environnements structurés ou en transformation ;
  • Une expérience en management d'équipe RH.
