Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Organiser, piloter et optimiser les opérations de production afin d'assurer une transformation continue de l'hévéa conforme aux objectifs de qualité, de volumes, de délais et de sécurité de l'usine ;
  • Piloter l'ensemble des activités de production de l'usine ;
  • Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de production fixés par la direction ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de production, de qualité, de sécurité et d'environnement ;
  • Coordonner les équipes de production et assurer leur encadrement opérationnel ;
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des performances industrielles ;
  • Piloter les activités d'amélioration continue.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Planifier la production en fonction des commandes, des prévisions et des capacités de l'usine ;
  • Superviser les opérations de transformation (réception matière première, traitement, séchage, pressage, conditionnement, stockage) ;
  • Veiller à la conformité des produits en cours de fabrication et des produits finis ;
  • Gérer les équipes de production (organisation des postes, rotations, discipline, motivation) ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance de production (rendement, taux de pertes, arrêts, consommation énergétique) ;
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la maintenance pour réduire les arrêts de production ;
  • Collaborer avec le Responsable Qualité/Laboratoire pour le respect des spécifications clients ;
  • Veiller à l'application stricte des règles HSE sur les lignes de production ;
  • Participer à la formation continue des opérateurs de production.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Soubré (Ottawa) en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable de production - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +3/4/5 en Génie industriel, Agro-industrie, Génie mécanique, Génie des procédés, Transformation des produits agricoles ou équivalent. ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum d'un (1) à (3) trois ans d'expérience dans la production industrielle, idéalement dans les domaines de la transformation d'hévéa, de l'agro-industrie.

  • Maîtrise des processus de production industrielle ;
  • Une participation à un projet de mise en service d'usine ou à un démarrage industriel est un atout majeur ;
