Le poste de Responsable des Ressources Humaines sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable des Ressources Humaines - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Veiller à la conformité avec la législation du travail et les conventions collectives ;
  • Rédiger, analyser et sécuriser les contrats de travail, de prestation et de partenariat ;
  • Accompagner la direction dans la négociation de conventions avec des investisseurs ou institutions ;
  • Gérer les contentieux sociaux et conseiller sur la prévention des litiges ;
  • Assurer le respect des obligations légales liées aux agréments, permis et autorisations réglementaires ;
  • Superviser la préparation et la vérification de la paie (cohérence avec les écritures comptables) ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des budgets RH et suivre leur exécution ;
  • Produire des reportings RH et financiers consolidés à la direction ;
  • Jouer un rôle de conseil auprès de la direction générale sur les implications juridiques et financières des décisions RH ;
  • Anticiper les risques sociaux, fiscaux et juridiques pour le centre d'affaires ;
  • Assurer la coordination entre les fonctions RH, finances et juridiques pour optimiser les ressources ;
  • Servir d'interface avec les administrations publiques (Inspection du travail, CNPS, impôts, etc.) ;
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation des relations avec les investisseurs et partenaires grâce à sa double compétence ;
  • Garantir la crédibilité et la transparence de la structure en matière de gestion du capital humain et de conformité légale/financière.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable des Ressources Humaines - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac +4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Droit social ou comptabilité ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire ;
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est un impératif pour les relations avec les investisseurs étrangers.

  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement des situations complexes et à proposer des solutions adaptées ;
  • Excellente aisance relationnelle, avec des interlocuteurs variés (collaborateurs, investisseurs, institutions) ;
  • Tact, diplomatie et fermeté dans la gestion des relations et des conflits ;
  • Capacité à aligner les décisions RH avec les objectifs d'investissement et de performance du centre ;
  • Esprit orienté solutions, capable d'arbitrer avec pragmatisme ;
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel et à forte dimension internationale.
