  • Le poste de Responsable Environnemental et Social sera rattaché à la Directeur Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Environnemental et Social - H/F

La mission principale du titulaire du poste est la suivante : Assurer la coordination, le pilotage et le suivi des enjeux environnementaux et sociaux de l'institution en veillant à la conformité réglementaire, à la maîtrise des risques et à l'amélioration continue des performances.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes:

Gestion des risques E&S liés aux financements

  • Identifier et évaluer les risques E&S des activités financées (PME, TPE, agriculture, commerce) ;
  • Mettre en place un système de catégorisation des risques E&S ;
  • Analyser les dossiers de crédit sous langle E&S ;
  • Émettre des avis et recommandations aux équipes crédit.

Déploiement du dispositif E&S

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la politique E&S de l'IMF ;
  • Définir des procédures et outils dévaluation E&S ;
  • Intégrer les critères E&S dans le cycle de crédit ;
  • Assurer lamélioration continue du dispositif ;

Suivi et contrôle

  • Suivre les engagements E&S des clients financés ;
  • Effectuer des missions de suivi terrain si nécessaire ;
  • Identifier les non-conformités et proposer des mesures correctives.

Suivi des indicateurs et reporting

  • Définir et suivre les KPI E&S (portefeuille à risque E&S, incidents, conformité) ;
  • Produire des tableaux de bord périodiques ;
  • Contribuer au reporting réglementaire et institutionnel ;

Conformité réglementaire

  • Veiller au respect des exigences locales (BCEAO / régulateur) ;
  • Assurer la conformité aux standards des bailleurs (IFC, investisseurs à impact) ;
  • Participer aux audits internes / externes ;

Formation et sensibilisation interne

  • Former les agents de crédit et équipes opérationnelles aux enjeux E&S ;
  • Sensibiliser aux exclusions sectorielles et pratiques responsables ;
  • Développer une culture E&S au sein du réseau dagences ;

Appui aux projets et produits responsables

  • Contribuer au développement de produits financiers responsables
  • Participer aux initiatives dinclusion financière durable
  • Appuyer les projets à impact social / environnemental.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Environnemental et Social - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+4/5 en Environnement, Développement Durable, RSE, QHSE ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 3 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire ;
  • Avoir une expérience en en microfinance, en Banque /ou dans une ONG serait un atout.
