MISSIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter la structuration financière, la recherche d'investisseurs et la mise en place des partenariats stratégiques.

Ce poste clé vise à transformer les idées de projets en montages bancables et à sécuriser les financements nécessaires au développement de l'entreprise.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Structuration financière des projets

  • Élaborer les modèles économiques et financiers des projets (cash-flow, TRI, VAN, scénarios, stress tests) ;
  • Définir la structure optimale de financement : fonds propres, dette, mezzanine, subventions, PPP, etc ;
  • Préparer les business plans détaillés, dossiers de financement et notes d'investissement ;
  • Identifier et structurer les véhicules d'investissement (SPV, JV, Foncières, etc.).

Recherche et négociation de financements

  • Identifier et approcher les investisseurs privés, institutionnels, banques et fonds d'investissement ;
  • Monter les dossiers de levée de fonds (teaser, info memo, term sheet, data room) ;
  • Conduire les négociations financières et assurer le suivi des closing ;
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires financiers.

Partenariats & montages PPP

  • Participer au montage de projets en partenariat public-privé (PPP) : analyse de rentabilité, cadre contractuel, matrice de risques ;
  • Collaborer avec les administrations, institutions et entreprises partenaires pour bâtir des consortiums solides ;
  • Mettre en place des alliances stratégiques avec des développeurs, constructeurs ou exploitants.

Structuration interne et management

  • Concevoir le plan de structuration financière interne de l'entreprise ;
  • Encadrer un analyste financier et un business, développer dans un second temps ;
  • Superviser la relation avec les conseils externes (juridiques, fiscaux, financiers).

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Financements & Partenariats - H/F

  • Être diplômé d'un Bac +5 en en Finance, Ingénierie financière, Économie ou Gestion de projets ;
  • Un MBA ou une spécialisation en Project Finance / Infrastructure Finance serait un atout ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 7 années d'expérience en banque d'affaires, financement de projets, fonds d'investissement ou conseil financier ;
  • Bonne compréhension du secteur BTP, immobilier et infrastructures publiques.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Responsable Financements & Partenariats - H/F

Compétences techniques

  • Modélisation financière avancée (Excel, PowerBI, outils de modélisation) ;
  • Solide culture financière (TRI, VAN, gearing, taux, valorisation) ;
  • Structuration de dettes, levée de fonds, financement mixte ;
  • Maîtrise des processus de due diligence, closing et reporting investisseurs.

Compétences comportementales

  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Sens du résultat, rigueur et confidentialité ;
  • Excellent relationnel avec les investisseurs et banquiers ;
  • Leadership, autonomie, et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial ;
  • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.
