Le poste de Responsable Financier Filiales sera rattaché à la Direction Administrative et Financière.

MISSIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

  • Assurer la gestion, la fiabilité et la conformité des comptabilités des filiales locales et internationales, dans le respect des normes comptables, fiscales et sociales, tout en garantissant un reporting financier fiable et dans les délais.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la bonne tenue des comptabilités des filiales ;
  • Superviser et coordonner les travaux des comptables locaux et cabinets externes ;
  • Garantir l'application des procédures comptables et des normes en vigueur ;
  • Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des écritures comptables ;
  • Piloter les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ;
  • Établir et/ou valider les états financiers des filiales ;
  • Assurer la remontée des informations financières au siège ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des outils de reporting financier ;
  • Suivre le recouvrement des créances clients ;
  • Analyser les encours et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • Veiller au respect des délais de paiement ;
  • Contrôler le suivi des fournisseurs et des échéanciers de paiement ;
  • Valider les balances fournisseurs ;
  • Prévenir et résoudre les litiges fournisseurs ;
  • Superviser les déclarations fiscales et sociales des filiales ;
  • Assurer la conformité avec la réglementation locale et internationale ;
  • Garantir le respect des échéances fiscales et sociales ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la coordination des contrôles des impôts ;
  • Préparer les dossiers de justification ;
  • Être l'interlocuteur des administrations fiscales en lien avec le DAF adjoint.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +5 en Comptabilité, Finance, Audit ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire dont au moins 5 ans dans la gestion de filiales à distance ;
  • Une expérience en environnement multi-pays serait un atout.
