MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Le Responsable Logistique – H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

Organiser, coordonner et optimiser l'ensemble de la chaîne logistique de l'entreprise : approvisionnement international, importation, stockage et distribution nationale. Il assure également le suivi administratif et opérationnel des importations en relation avec les fournisseurs, compagnies maritimes, transitaires et services douaniers.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Logistique - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gestion des stocks

Superviser la gestion des stocks du dépôt central et des dépôts régionaux : suivi des entrées et sorties, organisation des inventaires, contrôle de la fiabilité des stocks, gestion des rotations et prévention des ruptures.

Organisation des livraisons

  • Planifier les livraisons vers les dépôts régionaux et organiser les livraisons directes chez les clients et distributeurs. Optimiser les tournées de transport et veiller au respect des délais.

Gestion des commandes clients

  • Réception et traitement des commandes clients en coordination avec le Responsable Commercial ;
  • Vérification des disponibilités produits, organisation de la préparation et suivi des livraisons.

Approvisionnement et relation fournisseurs

  • Suivi des commandes auprès des autres fournisseurs ;
  • Anticipation des besoins d'approvisionnement et coordination des plannings d'expédition.

Suivi du transport maritime

  • Relation avec les compagnies maritimes, suivi des réservations de conteneurs, suivi des expéditions et réception des documents de transport.

Gestion du transit et des importations

  • Coordination avec le transitaire, suivi des procédures de dédouanement, organisation de la sortie des conteneurs du port et planification du transport vers le dépôt.

Relation avec les douanes

  • Suivi administratif avec les services des douanes : vérification des documents d'importation, suivi des déclarations douanières et assistance lors des contrôles.

Gestion de la flotte de véhicules

  • Supervision de la flotte de véhicules (pick‑up, camionnettes, motos) : suivi de l'utilisation, entretien, documents administratifs et gestion des consommations de carburant.

Suivi GPS et activité des commerciaux

  • Suivi des balises GPS des commerciaux et des véhicules, analyse des déplacements terrain et contrôle des consommations de carburant.

Cette liste de missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable logistique - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+ 3/5 en logistique, transport, supply chain ou commerce international ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de Minimum 3 à 5 ans minimum en logistique ou gestion d'importation et distribution.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES
