La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

  • Assurer un rôle de leader en représentant positivement létablissement auprès de sa clientèle et de son équipe, renforçant une approche orientée sur le client.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Loisirs - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer lintégration des nouveaux associés et gère la discipline du personnel de restauration pour une parfaite organisation opérationnelle ;
  • Exécuter la restauration pour une parfaite organisation opérationnelle ;
  • Organiser et conduire les réunions de service en sassurant de la pertinence des informations partagées avec le personnel ;
  • Mettre en place un système de communication efficace pour permettre aux travailleurs davoir rapidement accès aux informations capitales et encourager la participation de ses employés à soumettre des suggestions et idées lors de briefings et réunions départementaux ;
  • Veiller et mettre en place les standards de la partie recréation (Plage et Piscine...) ;
  • Mettre en place un service de haute qualité et de reconnaissance du client avec une attention particulière sur la clientèle VIP ;
  • Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients selon les standards, veiller sur la sécurité et le confort des clients et sur lapplication de ces standards par son personnel ;
  • Développer un programme intensif pour accroître les opportunités de ventes additionnelles et maximiser le revenu ;
  • Sassurer de la bonne gestion du matériel par le suivi dinventaires réguliers ;
  • Veiller à la formation des équipes ;
  • Veiller à la bonne utilisation du matériel mis à disposition des clients

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Loisirs - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+2 en communication ou, équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle à une fonction similaire.

  • Fortes capacités managériales pour encadrer ses équipes
  • Suivi de la qualité ;
  • Mise en place, réalisation et suivi des formations sur le terrain ;

  • Bonne connaissance de la culture locale ;
  • Langue anglaise appréciée.
