Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Le Responsable des Ressources Humaines est chargé de la gestion et du développement des ressources humaines au sein de l'hôpital. Il assure le suivi administratif du personnel, la gestion des recrutements, la formation continue, ainsi que le respect du cadre réglementaire et social. Il veille également à la qualité du climat social et à l'amélioration des conditions de travail.

Gestion Administrative du Personnel

  • Superviser l'ensemble des procédures RH (contrats, absences, congés, paie, etc.).
  • Veiller au respect de la législation du travail et des conventions collectives applicables.
  • Assurer le suivi des effectifs et la gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences (GPEC).
  • Mettre en place et assurer le suivi des dossiers du personnel (médecins, infirmiers, aides-soignants, personnel administratif, etc.).
  • Coordonner la gestion de la paie en lien avec le service comptabilité.

Recrutement et Intégration

  • Recenser les besoins en personnel en collaboration avec les chefs de service.
  • Piloter le processus de recrutement (rédaction des offres, sélection des candidats, entretiens).
  • Mettre en place un processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Identifier et sélectionner les fournisseurs en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.

Relations Sociales et Qualité de Vie au Travail

  • Assurer le dialogue social avec les représentants du personnel et les syndicats.
  • Veiller à la gestion des conflits et à la médiation en cas de tensions internes.
  • Mettre en place des actions pour améliorer la qualité de vie au travail et la prévention des risques psychosociaux.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+4/5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Droit Social.
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer des situations de stress et à résoudre les conflits.
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer les équipes autour des politiques RH.
