  • Le poste de Responsable Sécurité Informatique sera rattaché au DRH.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Sécurité Informatique - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Architecture de sécurité

  • Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer une architecture de sécurité à plusieurs niveaux basée sur la défense en profondeur et les principes de Zero Trust ;

Gestion SIEM & SOC

  • Dirigez la sélection, la mise en œuvre et la gestion dune solution de gestion de linformation et des événements de sécurité (SIEM) ;
  • Élaborer des règles de corrélation et gérer la fonction du Centre des Opérations de Sécurité (SOC) (service interne ou managé) afin dassurer une surveillance et une enquête sur les menaces 24h/24 et 7j/7 ;

Intervention en cas dincident

  • Élaborer, maintenir et tester le plan dintervention en cas d'incident de l'entreprise ;
  • Diriger les efforts d'intervention lors des incidents de sécurité, du confinement à l'éradication et à la récupération.

Gestion des vulnérabilités

  • Supervisez l'ensemble du cycle de vie de la gestion des vulnérabilités : numérisation, priorisation basée sur les risques (CVSS) et garantie que les SLA de gestion des correctifs sont respectés ;

Sécurité des systèmes et des applications

  • Appliquer des normes de renforcement des systèmes (benchmarks CIS) ;
  • Gérez et ajustez les outils de sécurité incluant les solutions NGFW/IPS, WAF et EDR ;

Gestion de lidentité et des accès

  • Travaillez avec l'équipe infrastructure pour faire respecter le principe du moindre privilège ;
  • Supervisez la solution PAM (WALLIX) et assurez-vous que des contrôles daccès réguliers sont effectués.

Audits et conformité

  • Coordonner et gérer les évaluations de sécurité tierces, y compris les tests dintrusion annuels et les audits de conformité (par exemple, ISO 27001, SOC 2) ;

Reporting & gouvernance

  • Développez et maintenez un tableau de bord de sécurité avec des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tels que MTTD et MTTR.
  • Maintenir toute la documentation de sécurité y compris le PSSI et les procédures opérationnelles.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable de Sécurité Informatique - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac +4/5 en Cybersécurité, Sécurité des systèmes dinformation, un diplôme dingénieur en systèmes et réseaux ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier minimum de 05 ans dans un poste pratique en cybersécurité (par exemple : ingénieur sécurité, analyste SOC, architecte sécurité.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Responsable de Sécurité Informatique - H/F

  • Une grande expérience dans la mise en œuvre et lexploitation de plateformes SIEM (par exemple, Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, wazuh) ;
  • Connaissance experte des pares-feux de nouvelle génération (préféré FortiGate), IPS, VPN et segmentation réseau ;
  • Expérience avec les solutions de détection et de réponse des points de terminaison (EDR) ;
  • Familiarité avec les solutions Active Directory, MFA et PAM (WALLIX préféré) ;
  • Solide compréhension de l'ISO 27001, des benchmarks CIS et du Top 10 OWASP ;
  • Les certifications professionnelles telles que CISSP, CISM, CEH ou GIAC sont très recherchées.
  • L'expérience avec les principes de sécurité cloud est un atout.
