Le poste de Responsable Système d'Information sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILITES ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Système d'Information -H/F

Le Responsable Système d'Information a pour mission de garantir la disponibilité, la performance, la sécurité et l'évolution du système d'information de l'entreprise, en cohérence avec la stratégie et les besoins opérationnels du secteur BTP.

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

1. Gouvernance et stratégie SI

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie du système d'information en lien avec la Direction Générale.
  • Assurer la cohérence entre les besoins métiers (BTP, gestion de chantiers, suivi financier et technique) et les solutions informatiques déployées
  • Élaborer et suivre le budget du SI.
  • Identifier et piloter les projets de transformation digitale.

2. Gestion des infrastructures et applications

  • Superviser l'exploitation des infrastructures informatiques (réseaux, serveurs, postes de travail, téléphonie) ;
  • Gérer et maintenir les applications métiers (ERP BTP, outils de gestion de projets, logiciels de suivi de chantiers, outils de reporting) ;
  • Assurer la disponibilité et la performance des systèmes et réseaux ;
  • Définir les standards techniques et garantir leur mise en œuvre.

3. Support et assistance aux utilisateurs

  • Organiser le support technique pour les collaborateurs sur sites et chantiers ;
  • Développer des outils et services adaptés aux besoins opérationnels ;
  • Assurer la formation et la sensibilisation des utilisateurs aux outils numériques.

4. Sécurité et conformité

  • Veiller à la protection des données de l'entreprise et au respect de la réglementation en vigueur (RGPD, normes locales) ;
  • Mettre en place des procédures de sauvegarde, de reprise d'activité et de continuité de service ;
  • Encadrer les aspects sécurité en lien avec les prestataires et partenaires.

5. Management et pilotage

  • Encadrer l'équipe informatique et les prestataires externes ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction Générale ;
  • Développer une culture d'innovation et d'amélioration continue au sein de la fonction SI.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Bac+5 en Informatique, Systèmes d'Information, Réseaux ou équivalent ;
  • Expérience de 7 à 10 ans en gestion des systèmes d'information, dont une partie en management SI ;
  • Une expérience dans le secteur BTP, industriel ou de services techniques serait un atout.

Savoirs et savoir-faire

  • Solide connaissance des infrastructures informatiques (réseaux, systèmes, cloud) ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des ERP/logiciels métiers liés au secteur BTP ;
  • Connaissances en gestion de projets et méthodologies ITIL/Agile ;
  • Capacité à piloter des prestataires et à gérer des contrats.

Savoir-être

  • Leadership et sens du management ;
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à prioriser ;
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Bon relationnel et sens de la communication ;
  • Réactivité et orientation résultats.
