Le poste Responsable Systèmes d'Information sera sous la supervision du Directeur Général.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Le Responsable des Systèmes d'Information est chargé d'assurer la gouvernance, l'administration, la disponibilité, la sécurité et l'évolution du système d'information hospitalier. Il garantit le bon fonctionnement des applications métiers, des infrastructures informatiques et des réseaux tout en accompagnant la transformation numérique de l'établissement.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter le Système d'Information Hospitalier (SIH) et les applications métiers ;
  • Administrer les systèmes de gestion médicale, administrative, financière et logistique ;
  • Assurer la disponibilité, la sécurité et la sauvegarde des serveurs et des données ;
  • Superviser le réseau informatique (Intranet, Extranet et accès Internet) ;
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités des équipes du Service Informatique ;
  • Elaborer les plans de maintenance, d'évolution et de modernisation du SI ;
  • Conduire les projets informatiques et les déploiements de nouvelles solutions ;
  • Assurer la formation et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs ;
  • Produire un reporting régulier à la Direction Générale ;
  • Veiller à la continuité de service et à la cybersécurité des systèmes d'information.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+5 en Informatique ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années dans la gestion des systèmes d'information, idéalement en milieu hospitalier.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Une parfaite maîtrise des logiciels de Système d'Information Hospitalier (SIH) ;
  • Bonnes connaissances en administration réseaux, bases de données, infrastructures informatiques et sécurité des systèmes d'information ;
  • Une expérience en conduite de projets informatiques ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des processus médico-administratifs et des logiciels de gestion hospitalière constitue un atout majeur ;
  • Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais technique est souhaitée.
