RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Responsable transit et logistique sera rattaché à la Direction.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

Assurer la coordination et l'optimisation des flux de transport des marchandises dans le respect des procédures en vigueur et la réduction des délais et des coûts. Représenter la société auprès des autorités portuaires (transitaires, manutentionnaires...)

Responsable transit et logistique - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Organiser le département, léquipe de collaborateurs et assurer la cohésion en son sein avec les autres Départements ;
  • Préparer et obtenir lagrément de commissionnaire en douanes ;
  • Mettre en place et faire appliquer les procédures ;
  • Développer les ressources et partenariats de la compagnie dans le cadre de projets, en Côte dIvoire ;
  • Gérer des relations et négociations avec les clients et fournisseurs ;
  • Superviser les opérateurs pour garantir lefficacité des opérations de dédouanement, manutention ;
  • Stockage et livraison des marchandises, en tenant compte des contraintes de priorités, délais, coûts en (moyenne 30 conteneurs à dédouaner par mois) ;
  • Mettre en application et agir en conformité avec la politique QHSE ;
  • Préparer, superviser et contrôler la facturation des prestations, en garantissant le respect des objectifs de rentabilité ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier et complet à la hiérarchie ;
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire en se tenant informer des évolutions des réglementations douanières et des pratiques dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable transit et logistique - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum dun un Bac +4/5 en Logistique, Transport ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum e 5 à 8 ans dexpérience professionnelle dans les métiers de transit et de la logistique ou à un poste similaire. EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des régimes douaniers, des procédures de transit et des réglementations internationales ;
  • Maîtrise des formalités douanière, portuaire et aéroportuaire d'Abidjan ;
  • Compétences en gestion : Organisation, gestion du stress, réactivité et aptitude à la négociation ;
  • Informatique et langues : Maîtrise des outils informatiques spécifiques à la logistique et au transit ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
  • Qualités relationnelles : Excellente communication, sens du service client et capacité à travailler en équipe ;
  • Orientation résultats : Focalisation sur l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par l'entreprise en termes de coûts, délais et satisfaction client.
