Le poste de Sales Specialist sera placé sous la supervision du Directeur de Business Unit.

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

  • Gérer la vie des produits dont il a la charge dans leur ensemble, de leur achat à leur mise en vente.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

ETUDES DE MARCHE

  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle permanente pour se tenir informé des tendances et nouveautés du marché (en Côte d'Ivoire et dans la sous-région) ;
  • Collecter des informations auprès des équipes commerciales ;
  • Analyser et synthétiser les informations recueillies afin de dégager les caractéristiques d'un marché.

DEFINITION ET POSITIONNEMENT DES PRODUITS

  • Développer les produits, les faire évoluer en fonction de l'offre de la concurrence et des évolutions du marché ;
  • Définir et ajuster les prix et les promotions ;
  • Définir l'atterrissage (le forecast) des ventes trimestrielles (pour le Siège et les filiales) ;
  • Répondre aux demandes de prix et de repositionnement par les équipes commerciales (avec la validation du Directeur de Business Unit et du Directeur Commercial Groupe) ;
  • Contribuer au montage de dossiers d'appel d'offre (garant du volet technique).

LANCEMENT ET ANIMATION PROMOTIONNELLE

  • Elaborer un catalogue promotionnel mensuel ;
  • Communiquer auprès des équipes commerciales pour assurer la promotion des produits (arguments, outils d'aide à la vente, etc.) ;
  • Présenter des produits/solutions/opportunités aux revendeurs et clients finaux ;
  • Organiser des formations mensuelles aux revendeurs.

ACHATS ET APPROVISIONNEMENTS DES PRODUITS

  • Elaborer le plan d'approvisionnement et de vente des produits ;
  • Suivre les ventes ;
  • Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs.

PROSPECTION

  • Rechercher et attirer de nouveaux clients ;
  • Fidéliser les clients existants ;
  • Elaborer et suivre un plan de visite.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

SALES SPECIALIST -H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+ 4/5 en informatique de gestion ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Certifications techniques et commerciales.

EXPERTISE, SAVOIR-FAIRE ET COMPETENCES

SALES SPECIALIST -H/F

COMPETENCES

  • Connaissance des 4P du Marketing mix (Prix, Produit, Promotion, et
  • Distribution) ;
  • Maîtrise technique des produits sous sa responsabilité ;
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques ;
  • Maîtrise de la Gestion Commerciale dans SAGE ;
  • Techniques commerciales (démarchage, négociation, vente, etc.) ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.

QUALITES

  • Qualités relationnelles et Esprit d'équipe ;
  • Rigueur ;
  • Dynamisme ;
  • Bonne organisation ;
  • Bonne capacité de négociation et d'argumentation ;
  • Créativité ;
