RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Senior Travel Manager H/F sera sous la supervision de la Direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

- Réserver et émettre des billets d'avion dans le strict respect des standards de l'agence ;

- Respecter la politique voyage des Corporates ;

- Réserver des chambres d'hôtels ;

- Vendre des polices d'assurances voyage ;

- Collaborer avec les clients pour déterminer leurs besoins et les conseiller sur les destinations, les meilleures options, les dates de voyage, les coûts et l'hébergement appropriés ;

- Fournir des informations sur les promotions des compagnies aériennes aux voyageurs ;

- Traiter les problèmes de voyage, les plaintes ou les remboursements ;

- Assurer le suivi de la clientèle pour la fidéliser.

LOCALISATION

- Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

- Diplôme IATA, tourisme, commerce ;

- Justifier 5 années minimum en tant qu'agent de voyage.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

- Excellente connaissance des systèmes de réservation AMADEUS, TRAVELPORT

- Maîtrise de l'anglais ;

- Solides compétences en matière de vente et conscience commerciale ;

- Capacité à interagir, communiquer et négocier de façon efficace ;

- Apte à travailler sous pression ;

- Disponible.
