Le poste de Spécialiste HSE - H/F sera rattaché à la Direction Technique / la Direction des Projets.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILITES ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Le spécialiste HSE -H/F est chargé de mettre en œuvre, suivre et améliorer la politique Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement de l'entreprise sur les chantiers. Il veille à la prévention des risques professionnels, au respect des réglementations en vigueur et à la sensibilisation des équipes aux bonnes pratiques HSE.

Spécialiste HSE - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Élaborer la politique HSE ;
  • Prévenir les risques sur les chantiers ;
  • Faire respecter les conditions d'hygiène et de travail ;
  • Assurer la mise en place de la sécurité (des salariés, des installations industrielles) ;
  • Effectuer des audits d'application des process liés aux réglementations et certifications ;
  • Etablir des programmes de prévention pour réduire les incidents, accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles ;
  • Sensibiliser et former les salariés à la démarche HSE et à la prévention des risques ;
  • Animer et diriger une équipe ou coordonner des personnes d'équipes différentes ;
  • Effectuer des audits d'application des process liés aux règlementations et certification ;
  • Conseiller le CSST dans le domaine de la prévention des risques professionnels.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+3/5 en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, Génie civil ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du BTP.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Spécialiste HSE - H/F

  • Avoir des qualités humaines d'écoute et de relationnelles ;
  • Avoir un engagement personnel auprès des travailleurs ;
  • Savoir réaliser un audit technique ;
  • Avoir une connaissance des normes et certifications en vigueur (bonne connaissance de la réglementation HSE ivoirienne et des normes internationales (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.) ;
  • Savoir mettre en évidence les risques présents sur un site quelconque ;
  • Être force de proposition dans un certain nombre de solutions ;
  • Pouvoir repérer une problématique, mobiliser les personnes, négocier les priorités, appuyer l'action de l'entreprise ;
  • Être réactif et un bon gestionnaire ;
  • Avoir une bonne expression orale et écrite ;
  • Avoir la maîtrise des outils bureautiques / outils informatiques (Excel, Word, logiciels HSE) ;
  • Être rigueur et avoir un sens de l'anticipation et d'analyse ;
  • Capacité à travailler sur le terrain, en autonomie comme en équipe.
