Le poste de stagiaire RSE H/F sera rattaché au responsable de la stratégie RSE.

MISSION PRINCIPALE,

Stagiaire RSE H/F

Agiloya Afrique, cabinet de recrutement et de conseil engagé pour l'excellence et l'éthique, a récemment rejoint le Pacte Mondial des Nations Unies. Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d'impact sociétal et pour obtenir la labellisation LUCIE 26000, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire RSE motivé(e) et passionné(e) pour accompagner nos projets responsables en lien avec les Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD).

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

Votre mission sera d'aider à structurer et animer notre démarche RSE en renforçant notre positionnement en tant qu'entreprise engagée pour un développement durable, tout en intégrant les exigences du label LUCIE 26000.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Stagiaire RSE - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

1. Coordination du processus de labellisation LUCIE 26000

  • Analyse des critères de labellisation et mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires.
  • Gestion et suivi du questionnaire de pré-scoring.
  • Contribution à l'élaboration des dossiers nécessaires pour l'audit.

2. Pilotage des initiatives RSE liées aux ODD prioritaires

  • Identification des ODD pertinents pour notre activité (notamment ODD 8, 10,12 et 13).
  • Développement et suivi des projets en lien avec ces ODD (diversité, égalité des chances, gestion durable des ressources, impact environnemental).
  • Mise en place d'indicateurs de performance RSE

3. Engagement auprès du Pacte Mondial des Nations Unies

  • Rédaction de la Communication sur le Progrès (CoP).
  • Sensibilisation des équipes aux 10 principes du Pacte Mondial.

4. Communication interne et externe

  • Valorisation des actions RSE auprès de nos partenaires, collaborateurs et clients.
  • Création de supports de communication dédiés (articles, infographies, newsletters).

5. Veille stratégique et bonnes pratiques RSE

  • Benchmark des initiatives RSE dans notre secteur.
  • Identification des tendances et innovations en matière de développement durable.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Etre titulaire d'un Master 1 ou 2 en développement durable, RSE,
  • management, ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation RSE ;

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Stagiaire RSE-H/F

Compétences

  • Suivi de projet.
  • Bonne connaissance des ODD et des référentiels RSE (ISO 26000, label
  • LUCIE).
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et maîtrise des outils de bureautique.

Qualités

  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à fédérer autour de projets.
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et sociaux.
