Le poste de Superviseur comptable H/F sera rattaché au Managing Partner.

Mission PRINCIPALE,

Superviseur comptable H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Vous serez en charge parmi vos fonctions d'assurer la tenue et la revue de la comptabilité de dossiers clients, dans le respect des procédures établies, en garantissant la régularité et la fiabilité des comptes, jusqu'à l'établissement des états financiers et, plus largement, toutes les problématiques des clients relevant de la responsabilité directe de l'associé.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

SUPERVISEUR COMPTABLE-H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Organiser les missions comptables ;
  • Assurer la révision comptable réalisée par les clients de M&H et par les assistants comptables, à savoir :
  • Justifier les comptes de l'entreprise par cycle/poste,
  • Vérifier la saisie comptable,
  • Contrôler les pièces justificatives et les charges au réel,
  • Effectuer les rapprochements avec l'exercice précédent et rédiger des commentaires de gestion pour chaque poste révisé.
  • Rédiger des notes de synthèse ;
  • Préparer le projet d'états financiers final pour revue de l'Associe et participer à la présentation aux clients ;
  • Assurer la gestion des relations avec les partenaires extérieurs (auditeurs ; commissaires aux comptes ;...)
  • Superviser techniquement les assistants comptables sur les difficultés qu'ils rencontrent sur les dossiers ;
  • Assurer la veille comptable des clients du Cabinet et former les assistants en conséquent ;
  • Élaborer des budgets et des plans d'affaires ;
  • Élaborer les dossiers relatifs à la demande des avantages liés au code des investissements ;

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac + 5 en comptabilité, audit, finance et contrôle de gestion ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum d'expérience de plus de 6 années minimum a un poste similaire ;
  • Avoir une expérience de 3 ans dans un cabinet serait un atout.

  • Vous faites preuve de facilité de communication, d'autonomie et dune bonne capacité d'organisation ;
  • Vous maitrisez l'anglais, écrit et oral ainsi que le Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
  • Vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et faites preuve d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles ;
  • Rigoureux (se), curieux (se) et proactif (ve), vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes désireux (se) d'évoluer dans un environnement stimulant ;
  • Vous possédez idéalement des connaissances fiscales de base.
