Le Technico-Commercial - H/F sera sous la supervision du Manager de région.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Assurer la vente, la promotion et le suivi technique des différentes gammes de produits et services associés auprès des forces de vente et des référenceurs techniques du portefeuille clients attribué ainsi qu'auprès des prescripteurs de la zone d'activité ;
  • Vendre et animer le plan d'action client afin de promouvoir les offres multi-espèces auprès des distributeurs et des agriculteurs ;
  • Assurer la promotion des produits et des services associés auprès des forces de vente de la distribution selon les plans d'actions clients définis : animation de réunions, visites d'essais, suivis en culture des produits, tests, essais et animation de réseaux agriculteurs référents, animation d'opérations de stimulation des ventes, etc ;
  • En relation avec le Responsable de l'Offre, suivre les enregistrements et le comportement des produits de l'entreprise et des produits concurrents dans les essais les distributeurs, des prescripteurs et des réseaux.
  • Adapter les plans d'action et le positionnement des produits, modes d'emploi, argumentaires et contre-argumentaires produits, régionalement et par clients ;
  • Participer à la mise en place et au suivi d'essais internes ou distributeurs ;
  • En relation avec l'ensemble des membres de l'équipe, suivre et assurer la relation régulière avec les personnes influentes de la distribution et suivant les projets être en capacité d'animer un groupe d'agriculteurs ;
  • Dans le cadre des plans d'actions de la zone, être force de proposition dans l'élaboration des plans d'actions communication promotion pour son secteur d'activité et son portefeuille clients et mettre en œuvre les plans définis ;
  • Assurer l'animation commerciale et/ou le suivi commercial de certains clients directs délégués par le manager de Région ;
  • Gérer le dossier semences pour essais en relation avec le responsable de l'Offre et l'équipe back office ;
  • Gérer les réclamations qualité produits des clients en relation avec le manager de région et les chefs de marché ;
  • Contribuer à la veille stratégique : prospection, détection, compréhension et caractérisation des nouveaux marchés pour l'entreprise, participation éventuelle à des congrès de la profession. Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des données sur la Base de données des marchés et le Fichier clients.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Etre titulaire d'un Bac +5 en gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier une expérience entre 3 à 5 années dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Aptitudes techniques (semence ou agronomique) et commerciales :
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, bon relationnel, bon communiquant :
