Le poste de Technico-commercial sera rattaché à la Direction Commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Technico-commercial – H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Developpement & Stratégie

  • Prospection ciblée : Identifier des comptes à fort enjeu et approcher les décideurs (DSI, RSSI, CFO) ;
  • Vente de valeur : Traduire les menaces techniques (Ransomware, Supply Chain Attack) en risques business pour convaincre la Direction ;
  • Closing : Négocier les aspects contractuels et financiers des services managés (MSSP).

Expertise Avant-Vente & Démo

  • Cadrage technique : Auditer rapidement l'existant du client pour proposer la bonne architecture (ex : passage de l'Antivirus classique à l'EDR/XDR) ;
  • PoC (Proof of Concept) : Piloter et réaliser les démonstrations techniques des solutions Cyber (EDR/XDR/SIEM/ANTI-SPAM...) ;
  • Réponse aux Appels d'Offres : Rédiger seul ou en lead la partie technique et méthodologique des offres.

Customer Success & Veille

  • Suivi stratégique : S'assurer que la solution déployée répond aux promesses initiales (upsell/cross-sell) ;
  • Veille active : Rester à la pointe des techniques d'attaque pour garder une posture de conseil d'expert.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Technico-commercial – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+2 en Informatique, Réseaux et Sécurité Informatique, Cybersécurité ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 à 5 années chez un éditeur ou un intégrateur.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Technico-commercial – H/F

Compétences Techniques

  • Culture Cyber profonde : Compréhension fine du fonctionnement d'un SOC, de la chaîne EDR/XDR et de la gestion des vulnérabilités (VOC).
  • Technique de vente : Maîtrise des cycles de vente complexes et des méthodes de négociation (ex : MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) ;
  • Conformité : Capacité à discuter des enjeux NIS 2, ISO 27001 ou RGPD.

Compétences comportementales

  • Adaptatif : Capable de parler "code et logs" avec un admin sys, puis "ROI et assurance" avec un DG ;
  • Autonomie : Capacité à construire ses propres supports de démo et ses chiffrages ;
  • Persévérance : Mental de chasseur allié à la rigueur d'un ingénieur.
