  • Le poste de Technico-Commercial-H/F sera rattaché à la Direction Commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Technico-Commercial - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Superviser la commercialisation des offres de solutions auprès d'une clientèle de professionnels ;
  • Prospecter afin de détecter de nouveaux projets et de conquérir de nouveaux clients ;
  • Accompagner le client jusqu'à la signature de l'offre et assurer ensuite le suivi commercial des projets ;
  • Utiliser et mettre à jour le CRM ;
  • Réaliser des campagnes commerciales pour acquérir de nouveaux clients ;
  • Animer et fidéliser le portefeuille client ;
  • Rédiger des propositions commerciales ;
  • Suivre les propositions commerciales et conclure les ventes ;
  • Participer aux challenges commerciaux réguliers.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+4 en gestion commerciale, en marketing, en communication ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience professionnelle en gestion commerciale, en marketing ou communication ou à poste similaire.
  • Avoir une expérience réussie dans la commercialisation des solutions informatiques (logiciel, matériel) ou matériel de BTP ;
  • Connaître l'univers des BTP, du numérique et du digital.

  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires en faisant des ventes ;
  • Veiller à l'atteinte aux objectifs du chiffre d'affaires fixé par le manager ;
  • Élaborer des offres promotionnelles et des campagnes commerciales ;
  • Détecter les futurs appels d'offres ;
  • Solliciter des rendez-vous de présentation de produits ;
  • Créer et/ou dérouler la présentation commerciale ;
  • Être familier avec la vente des solutions et matériels informatiques ;
  • Fidéliser le client ;
  • Qualités
  • Être réactive, Avoir une bonne capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Faire preuve d'écoute active pour vendre des produits et/ou services adaptés aux besoins des clients ;
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils bureautique, dynamique et dotée d'une force de persuasion qui permet de vendre de manière efficace ;
  • Avoir la qualité du conseil ;
  • Avoir une personnalité intègre, un vrai charisme, une capacité à évoluer durablement et être convaincant ;
  • Être rigoureux et organisé ;
  • Savoir travailler en équipe et gérer les dossiers de A à Z ;
  • Élaborer et envoyer des états de report de l'activité, de visites et une veille commerciale sur la concurrence ;
  • Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
  • Avoir une maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout ;
  • Avoir une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion d'entreprise ;
  • Avoir une expérience réussie dans la commercialisation des solutions informatiques (logiciel, matériel) ou matériel de BTP ;
  • Maîtriser les techniques de vente ;
  • Avoir une expérience en commerce B to B ;
  • Disposer d'un bon portefeuille d'affaire ;
  • Être doté d'une réelle aisance téléphonique, être déterminé, organisé et motivé par les challenges ;
  • Avoir le permis de conduire et avoir une expérience dans la conduite.
