RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Vendeur en boutique sera sous la supervision de la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS,

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer l'accueil, le conseil et l'accompagnement des clients ;
  • Commercialiser les produits et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente ;
  • Veiller à la bonne présentation, à la disponibilité et à l'attractivité des produits sur l'espace de vente.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Accueil et conseil client

  • Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme ;
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et les orienter vers les produits adaptés ;
  • Présenter les caractéristiques, avantages et conditions d'utilisation des produits ;
  • Répondre aux questions des clients et assurer une expérience client de qualité ;
  • Participer à la fidélisation de la clientèle.

Vente et développement du chiffre d'affaires

  • Commercialiser les produits proposés dans la boutique ;
  • Présenter et valoriser les produits auprès des clients ;
  • Conseiller les clients et argumenter en faveur des produits ;
  • Réaliser les ventes et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux ;
  • Participer aux opérations promotionnelles et animations commerciales ;
  • Identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles.

Gestion et tenue de la boutique

  • Assurer la mise en place et la présentation attractive des produits ;
  • Veiller à la propreté et à la bonne tenue de la boutique ;
  • Effectuer le réassort des produits afin de garantir leur disponibilité ;
  • Vérifier l'affichage des prix et des informations relatives aux produits ;
  • Contrôler régulièrement l'état et la présentation des produits ;
  • Signaler les besoins de réapprovisionnement.

Suivi des ventes et reporting

  • Suivre les ventes réalisées quotidiennement ;
  • Renseigner les informations relatives aux ventes et aux stocks ;
  • Remonter les éventuelles difficultés rencontrées sur la boutique ;
  • Communiquer à la hiérarchie les retours et observations des clients ;
  • Participer au suivi des performances commerciales de la boutique.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2 en Gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum d'une année d'expérience à un poste similaire.
