1. 负责机器人及适配场景的全生命周期软件质量保证工作； 2. 优化软件流程体系，开发优化质量工具等，系统性提升软件质量工程能力，开展有效的软件质量活动； 3. 负责机器人产品软件质量保证策划、过程监控及产品软件质量管控； 4. 通过定期的度量分析，进行机器人产品开发流程优化和质量管控，评估流程的有效性，持续优化开发流程，提升软件质量 5. 负责机器人关节控制、运动控制、导航、SLAM、相机、超视距、遥操作、域控制器、算法等的软件质量问题管理，包括状态管理、风险预警、问题推动等； 6. 对重大软件质量问题开展专题复盘，并将复盘结果落实到开发流程中； 7. 组织项目关键节点的软件质量评审，使项目顺利量产和适配应用场景。

1.学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、机器人工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，优先精通Vibe Coding开发范式，能够基于AI辅助编程快速构建质量工具链，实现业务需求到代码的高效转化，熟悉python或C++语言编程； 2. 理解能力强，具备独立分析能力，创新思维、底层思维、系统性思维和快速学习能力 3. 抗压能力强，责任心强，擅长多任务管理，闭环能力强 4. 具备较强的用户思维，勇于接受挑战。
