岗位职责 1、海外技术社交媒体账号运营 负责 X（Twitter）、LinkedIn、Reddit等海外平台的日常内容策划、编辑、发布与互动，持续提升机器人及大模型相关业务的海外品牌曝光和开发者关注度。 2、技术内容创作与传播 理解机器人、具身智能、大模型、AI Agent 等技术方向，将产品能力、算法进展和研发成果转化为英文技术博客、社交媒体帖子、案例解读、教程、Demo 视频文案等易理解、有传播力的内容。 3、技术团队协同 与产品、算法、研发团队保持沟通，挖掘产品亮点、技术进展和用户价值；协助梳理内容素材与技术信息，确保对外传播准确、清晰且符合品牌表达。 4、内容策划与趋势洞察 关注海外 AI、机器人及开发者社区的热点话题、优质内容与行业动态，结合不同平台内容调性，参与创意选题和内容传播方案制定。 5、用户互动与反馈整理 协助回复或整理海外用户、开发者及潜在合作伙伴的内容反馈，沉淀用户关注点与内容表现数据，为后续内容优化及产品传播提供参考。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、对机器人、具身智能、大模型、AI Agent 或开源技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意持续学习并关注行业发展； 3、具备优秀的中英文书面表达能力，能够清晰、准确地理解和解释技术概念，并撰写英文内容； 4、熟悉或愿意深度使用海外社交媒体平台，理解不同平台的内容风格与用户习惯； 5、有较强的内容敏感度和主动性，能够独立推进选题、素材整理、文案撰写与发布协同； 6、具备良好的沟通能力和时间管理能力，能够与技术团队进行高效、清晰的异步协作。 加分项 有技术博客、开源项目文档、GitHub 仓库或技术内容账号运营经验； 有机器人、AI、大模型相关项目、竞赛、实验室或实习经历； 会基础图片设计、短视频剪辑或 Demo 录制； 有海外留学、英文社区运营或跨文化远程协作经历； 对开发者社区、开源生态及海外科技内容传播有自己的观察和想法。

承担主要目标 / 关键任务 协助运营机器人与大模型技术相关的海外社交媒体内容矩阵，持续输出高质量英文技术内容，提升品牌在海外开发者、技术从业者及行业用户中的影响力。
