【共创】技术项目经理 职位描述 负责机器人商业应用项目的端到端交付，统筹需求确认、研发协作、现场实施、试运行、验收及运营交接，对项目进度和交付质量负责。 理解客户业务与场景需求，协同产品及技术负责人评估方案可行性，明确交付范围、里程碑、资源需求和验收标准。 牵头客户沟通与跨团队协作，管理项目范围、进度、资源、风险和变更，对齐客户预期，推动关键事项闭环。 参与技术方案评审，管理系统依赖与技术风险，协调研发及合作伙伴推动集成验证和复杂问题解决。 组织场景验证，结合用户反馈与运行数据，推动交互体验、运行稳定性和应用效果优化。 沉淀项目经验、交付流程与验证标准，提升交付效率，支持商业应用规模化落地。

职位要求 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先；具备 3 年以上技术项目管理或研发交付经验，有软件研发或系统集成经历。 具备扎实的软件技术基础，能够理解系统架构、接口设计及服务依赖，参与技术方案评审，识别实现约束和集成风险。 熟悉 AI 应用研发与交付，对大模型应用、智能交互或 Agent 有实际项目经验，能够判断技术能力与场景需求的匹配程度。 具备技术问题分析能力，能够结合日志、测试结果和运行数据，协同研发定位问题、评估解决方案并验证修复效果。 独立负责过完整项目交付，具备计划、资源、风险、变更及验收管理能力，能够协调多方推动项目取得结果。 具备良好的业务理解、用户体验意识和客户沟通能力，能够将业务诉求转化为可执行、可验证的交付任务；适应客户现场出差。 加分项 有互联网研发或复杂软件系统项目管理经验。 有机器人、智能硬件或软硬件一体化项目经验。 有 AI 产品从研发验证到商业场景落地及持续迭代的完整经验。
