1. 直属部门负责人管理，作为公司全国基建工程项目开展的跟进与督导角色，包括各类进度计划、费用管控、工程要求等内容执行；及时给出项目预警，同时协同模块经理落实部门总体工作规划，达成业务目标； 2. 支持公司阶段性、集中式项目开展，做好部门负责人开展统筹性管理，建立项目台账，组织项目例会，管理会议纪要及行动闭环，维护项目风险和问题清单，参与项目复盘； 3. 战略协同，按照公司空间规划和部门年度基建计划，制定阶段性的任务，定位业务关键运营指标和部门考核指标，通过流程推动确保各类指标的达标； 4. 推进基建流程快速建立，包括运营流程线上化（系统开发功能需求规划）、管理流程合规性，同时提出流程优化方案； 5. 沉淀基建工程过程数据与最终结果，协助输出客观的项目考核评估建议和项目分析。

1. 工程管理、项目管理等专业背景，8年以上相关工作背景，长期从事工程项目管理，拥有一级建造师、PMP证书等优先考虑； 2. 大型互联网企业相关工作经验，特别是总部筹建经验者优先考虑； 3. 熟悉工程项目全过程管理，包括施工、造价、设计管理等内容； 4. 具有较强的抗压性，优秀的跨部门协同和沟通能力； 5. 积极上进，认真负责，有较强的廉正意识，系统化建设能力。
