岗位职责： 负责代工厂全流程质量管控，覆盖来料质量、生产装配、整机测试、成品打包各工序质量问题处理，开展过程质量确认、合规审核，识别过程质量风险点，推动问题闭环改善。 策划并执行代工厂飞行检查（突击审核），产品质量验收，制定飞行检查清单，现场核查生产一致性、工艺执行情况、测试规范、包装规范、记录真实性，输出飞行检查报告，跟进整改计划落地与效果验证。 审核代工厂工艺文件、检验标准、测试作业指导书，确认现场作业与文件一致性，监督来料、工序、成品检验执行情况，管控过程不良、返工、报废质量数据。 主导代工厂现场质量异常处理，来料质量问题、装配缺陷、机器测试失效、包装不良等质量问题组织根因分析（8D/5Why），制定纠正预防措施，跟踪改善落地，防止问题重复发生。 定期汇总代工厂过程质量数据（不良率、一次合格率、客诉关联问题、问题整改关闭率），输出质量周报/月报，向上汇报代工厂质量状态，识别系统性风险。 监督代工厂质量体系落地，核查现场质量记录、追溯性、标识管理，推动代工厂持续优化过程质量控制能力。 对接内部研发、生产、项目团队，同步代工厂质量问题，参与新产品导入阶段过程质量评审，提前识别装配、测试、包装潜在质量风险。 完成上级安排的其他过程质量相关工作。

任职要求 学历：本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、车辆工程、质量管理等相关专业。 工作经验：3 年及以上汽车行业或机器人行业过程质量管理经验，有代工厂 / 外协工厂质量管控、现场审核经验优先。 专业能力：熟悉尺寸与公差，熟悉机加工件，线束及电子件等组件，熟悉产品装配、整机测试、成品包装全流程质量管控；熟练掌握过程审核、飞行检查开展方法和 8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具；熟悉 IATF16949 或 ISO9001 质量体系。 能力要求：优秀的跨内外部沟通协调能力，能够和代工厂、内部各团队高效对齐；具备强问题推进与闭环解决能力，面对多方阻力仍能推动质量问题落地整改；具备较强现场问题判断能力，能独立开展现场审核、撰写审核报告；较强的数据统计分析能力。 其他：30~50% 出差，前往各外协代工厂开展现场审核、飞行检查；严谨细致，原则性强，抗压能力好。 优先条件 有工业机器人 / 服务机器人整机代工质量管理经验； 具备内审/外审员证书（ISO、IATF16949、VDA等），熟悉外协工厂飞行审核； 熟悉机器人整机性能测试、装配工艺、包装防护相关质量要求。

承担主要目标/关键任务 负责代工厂质量管控，质量审核和质量验收工作，推进代工厂装配和测试质量提升。

产出工作结果 质量周报/月报，定期代工厂审核结果，飞行审核结果，问题关闭结果等
