岗位概述 负责机器人关节模组相关的样件开发、供应商协同、测试验证、问题闭环和量产导入支持。候选人不要求必须完整做过机器人关节，但需要具备机电产品开发、试制、量产或供应商协同经验，能够基于工程判断推动问题解决，具备较好的问题闭环意识和量产意识。 工作职责 1、参与关节模组样件开发、试制验证、问题分析和量产导入。 2、对接供应商，推进样件交付、测试验证、问题整改和技术资料闭环。 3、跟进关节模组相关结构件、电机、减速器、编码器、制动器、线束等关键部件的问题分析和改善。 4、协同SE、PM、研发、测试、质量、采购、制造等团队，推动技术问题关闭。 5、参与测试验证、失效分析、8D整改、ECR/ECN变更和量产问题处理。 6、支持降本、良率提升、可靠性改善和供应商能力提升。 7、沉淀技术问题、验证结果、供应商表现和量产经验。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，机械、机电、自动化、电气、车辆工程、测控等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上机电产品、机械模组、汽车零部件、机器人、工业自动化或精密传动相关经验。 3、有样件、试制、量产导入或量产问题处理经验之一。 4、具备基本工程判断能力，能理解设计、装配、测试、质量和量产之间的关系。 5、有供应商沟通或跨部门协同经验，能推动问题分析、整改和闭环。 6、具备量产意识，关注成本、质量、良率、交期和可制造性。 7、沟通清晰，责任心强，能接受一定频率的供应商对接和问题推进。 加分项 1、有机器人关节、执行器、电机、减速器、编码器、制动器经验。 2、有DRE、NPI、SQE、PE、ME、质量工程或供应商开发经验。 3、熟悉8D、失效分析、可靠性验证、DFMEA/PFMEA。 4、有ODM/OEM供应商导入、量产爬坡、降本或国产化经验。
