参与智能体平台的核心模块开发，包括模型接入层（网关、多模型路由与降级、成本统计）、运行时、工具与技能体系、可观测性、安全体系（密钥管理、权限、审计）； 参与智能体交付标准与配置基线的落地，配合完成集群的架构统一与技术治理； 参与技术选型与预研：Agent 框架演进、模型升级路线、新能力评估（多模态、语音、MCP 生态）； 参与平台级问题的定位与修复：稳定性保障、性能调优、故障根因分析，并参与沉淀预防机制与 SOP。

2026 年 9 月及以后毕业的应届毕业生，本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息安全、通信等相关专业；应届或毕业一年以内； 掌握至少一门后端语言（Go / Java / Python / C++），理解 HTTP、RPC、并发模型、数据库基础 了解 LLM 应用的基本链路：模型 API 调用、上下文管理、Function Calling / 工具调用、RAG、多模型切换与降级； 熟悉 Linux 常用操作与进程管理，了解网络与安全基础（TLS、限流、密钥管理）； 用过或搭过监控、日志、告警体系（Prometheus / OpenTelemetry / ELK 任一），理解“先观测、再定位”的工作方式； 良好的沟通与文档能力。

加分项 深度使用或贡献过 Agent 开源框架（LangChain / LangGraph / Dify / n8n / OpenClaw 等），有 PR 或 issue 记录； 有企业 IM 开放平台集成与机器人开发经验（飞书 / 钉钉 / 企业微信）； 有容器与编排、分布式系统、大规模私有化部署或内网环境实践； 有 LLMOps、模型成本治理、模型评测相关实践； 有后端或基础架构方向实习经历；
