Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol in het soepel laten verlopen van de overgang van engineering naar productie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en optimalisatie van productieactiviteiten, zodat processen efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Op termijn ontwikkelt deze functie zich tot onderdeel van een continuous improvement team, gericht op operationele excellentie. Je rapporteert aan de Team Lead en werkt intensief samen met engineers, manufacturing engineers en planners om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

🔹Voorbereiden van productieactiviteiten door engineeringsdata te vertalen naar duidelijke werkinstructies.

🔹Plannen en coördineren van productie- en logistieke processen voor een soepele uitvoering.

🔹Eerste-lijns ondersteuning bieden aan productie en workflows optimaliseren. 🔹Evalueren en verbeteren van productieprocessen met oog voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit. 🔹Intensief samenwerken met engineers en productie-experts om maakbaarheid te garanderen. 🔹Bijdragen aan initiatieven voor continue verbetering en ondersteuning van operationele excellentie.

Wij zoeken een praktische en procesgerichte professional die zich thuis voelt in een hightech productieomgeving. Jij beschikt over:

🔹 Opleiding: MBO+ of HBO in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Luchtvaarttechniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde. 🔹 Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of maakomgeving. 🔹 Technische kennis: Inzicht in composieten, productiemethoden en engineeringsprocessen. 🔹 Procesoptimalisatie: Je herkent kansen om efficiëntie en doorlooptijd te verbeteren. 🔹 Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je bent proactief in het signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen. 🔹 Communicatie: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking met engineers, productie en planning. 🔹 Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
