Buscamos por um profissional técnico que será responsável por supervisionar e coordenar as rotinas do Departamento Pessoal, garantindo que folha de pagamento, admissões, demissões, férias, encargos trabalhistas e obrigações legais sejam cumpridos com precisão, prioridade, dentro dos prazos e conforme a legislação vigente.

Responsabilidades principais:

  • Admissões, Rescisões e FériasControle de ponto e jornada de trabalho
  • Conferência de benefícios relacionados ao pessoal (vale transporte, vale alimentação, planos de saúde)
  • Organização de documentação, arquivos, auditorias internas e externas
  • Gerar relatórios gerenciais sobre custos de pessoal, desvios de jornada, absenteísmo, férias provisionadas etc.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o financeiro para provisionamentos, fechamentos mensais
  • Interface com RH (recrutamento, treinamento, desenvolvimento) para integração de dados pessoais, políticas internas etc.
  • Suporte para auditorias trabalhistas ou fiscais

Requisitos desejados:

  • Formação superior completa em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em departamento pessoal, necessário ser em varejo.
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas de folha de pagamento, Excel avançado e idealmente softwares de RH/DOP.
