Estamos Contratando: Supervisor de Departamento Pessoal (Facilities)

Buscamos uma liderança robusta, analítica e com foco em compliance para gerenciar o nosso time de Departamento Pessoal. Se você tem sólida experiência na gestão de folhas de pagamento complexas, domínio de múltiplas Convenções Coletivas e facilidade em lidar com auditorias de clientes tomadores de serviço no segmento de Facilities, seu lugar é aqui!

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Liderar, treinar e orientar a equipe interna de DP (assistentes e analistas), garantindo o cumprimento do calendário mensal de fechamento.
  • Auditar e aprovar o processamento da folha de pagamento geral, assegurando o cálculo correto de encargos, horas extras, adicionais (insalubridade, periculosidade) e benefícios.
  • Monitorar, parametrizar e garantir a correta aplicação de múltiplas Convenções Coletivas de Trabalho (CCT) simultâneas.
  • Garantir o compliance e a transmissão dentro do prazo de todos os eventos do eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital e retenções na folha.
  • Analisar e reportar indicadores do setor (KPIs) como custos com horas extras nos postos de trabalho, afastamentos, absenteísmo e provisões.
  • Supervisionar a compilação e entrega mensal dos "kits de documentação trabalhista e previdenciária" para auditorias externas dos clientes corporativos.
  • Atuar estrategicamente em parceria com o setor Jurídico no fornecimento de subsídios para defesas de reclamações trabalhistas, visando a redução de passivos.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Direito ou áreas correlatas. Desejável pós-graduação na área.
  • Experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança ou supervisão de Departamento Pessoal, sendo obrigatória a vivência prévia no segmento de Facilities ou Terceirização de Mão de Obra de grande volume.
  • Domínio absoluto da Legislação Trabalhista e Previdenciária (CLT), rotinas avançadas de eSocial, DCTFWeb e FGTS Digital.
  • Excel Avançado (mandatório para auditoria de dados complexos, relatórios gerenciais e tabelas dinâmicas).
  • Vivência sólida em sistemas ERP de grande porte para folha de pagamento (Ex: TOTVS Protheus, Senior, RM Labore ou equivalentes).
  • Forte perfil de liderança, inteligência emocional para trabalhar sob prazos rígidos, visão estratégica e excelente comunicação.
