Buscamos um(a) profissional organizado(a), pró atividade, senso crítico, desenvoltura, boa apresentação pessoal, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa, flexibilidade, organização e dinamismo, para atuar na área Departamento Pessoal, com foco em Gestão de folha de pagamento, Cálculo verbas rescisórias e Atendimento a colaboradores e gestores. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a correta gestão departamento.

Requisitos:

Ensino Superior Completo;

Perfil generalista;

Conhecimento em Proteus;

Experiência em atividades generalistas de Departamento Pessoal.

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:12 às 18:00 - 100% presencial

Local de Trabalho: Água Branca (Próximo ao Metrô Barra Funda)

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de folha de pagamento;
  • Cálculo verbas rescisórias (aviso prévio, saldo salário, férias, 13º salário, FGTS e multa);
  • Gestão de benefícios (VT, VA/VR, plano de saúde, etc.);
  • Controle de ponto e acompanhamento de jornadas;
  • Atendimento a colaboradores e gestores;
  • Cumprimento de obrigações acessórias (CAGED/eSocial, RAIS, DIRF).
