Como será o seu dia a dia?

Gerenciar uma carteira de Grandes Contas, Grandes nomes do mercado, contas mais complexas e mais exigentes.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

• Negociar contratos, analisar oportunidades, ofertar novmos produtos e gerar Cros Sell;

• Calcular rentabilidade x oferta e melhorar a performance de rentabilidade da carteira; • Mapear oportunidades dentro do segmento do Banco Bradesco, em conjunto com os RMs do Banco, a fim de construir Pipeline e converter em Venda Nova;

• Ser protagonista e buscar novos negócios e oportunidades dentro da Alelo, com base no mercado; • Ter iniciativa e buscar soluções que atendam e melhorem a experiencia do cliente dentro da Alelo, seja o seu cliente RH, como o próprio Banco Bradesco; • Fazer apresentações para os clientes e Banco; • Buscar a excelência, o atingimento e superação dos objetivos propostos pela Alelo; • Ser construtivo e parceiro das áreas internas.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

• Facilidade e disposição em lidar com diferentes públicos; • Relacionamento interpessoal; • Boa Comunicação oral e escrita; • Ter uma boa comunicação oral; • Ter conhecimentos sobre as novidades do mercado, buscar sempre atualização; • Ser atento; • Saber fazer cálculos, usar o Excel básico, e noções de HP; • Saber analisar problemas e procurar pela melhor solução; • Ter iniciativa; • Ter boa Inteligência emocional; • Facilidade com PPT (apresentações); • Organização.
