Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, garantindo relacionamento contínuo e identificação de oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Atuar na expansão da base em conjunto do gerente Bradesco convertendo novos clientes;
  • Planejar e executar agenda comercial junto as agências do banco e clientes (visitas presenciais, reuniões online e contato remotos;
  • Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas, do diagnostico à negociação e fechamento;
  • Trabalhar com diferentes equipes funcionais;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance e evolução da carteira, propondo ações para alavancar o resultado;
  • Atuar no pós-venda, garantindo engajamento, retenção e aumento de receita dos clientes;
  • Atuar de forma consultiva e estratégica, adaptando a abordagem conforme o perfil e necessidade de cada cliente;
  • Gestão de pipiline e Forecast de vendas;

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Experiência comercial em vendas consultivas e gestão de carteira de clientes;
  • Vivência com atuação em campo (visitas comerciais) e condução de negociações;
  • Capacidade analítica para leitura e interpretação de indicadores de performance;
  • Experiencia com gestão de pipeline de vendas e acompanhamento de metas;
  • Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e construção de relacionamento com clientes;
  • Organização e autonomia para gestão de rotina comercial;
  • Superior completo;
  • Pacote Office - Intermediário;
  • Automóvel próprio para atividade de trabalho;
  • Experiencia com vendas externas;

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Certificação bancária - CPA ou C-Pro R)
