En tant que responsable de produit, vous agirez comme point de convergence entre les besoins d’affaires, les utilisateurs et les équipes de réalisation. Vous définirez et communiquerez la vision du produit, établirez les priorités et veillerez à ce que les efforts de l’équipe génèrent une valeur mesurable et durable.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Définir, communiquer et faire évoluer la vision, les objectifs et la feuille de route du produit;
  • Recueillir, analyser et clarifier les besoins des utilisateurs, des clients et des parties prenantes;
  • Créer, structurer et prioriser le carnet de produit selon la valeur d’affaires, les risques et les dépendances;
  • Rédiger des récits utilisateurs, des critères d’acceptation et des exigences claires et exploitables;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d’analyse, d’architecture, d’expérience utilisateur et d’assurance qualité;
  • Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles;
  • Arbitrer les besoins concurrents dans un contexte complexe;
  • Suivre les résultats, les indicateurs de performance et la rétroaction des utilisateurs;
  • Valider les livrables et gérer les attentes, les risques et les dépendances.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Expérience pertinente à titre de Product Owner, de responsable de produit, d’analyste d’affaires principal ou dans un rôle similaire;
  • Expérience en gestion et en priorisation d’un carnet de produit;
  • Maîtrise de Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ou de solutions équivalentes;
  • Bonne compréhension des approches Agile, Scrum, Kanban et de la gestion de produits numériques;
  • Capacité à traduire des besoins d’affaires complexes en exigences claires;
  • Solides compétences en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification PSPO, CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager ou équivalent;
  • Expérience en développement logiciel ou en transformation numérique;
  • Expérience avec des produits comportant plusieurs équipes, systèmes ou dépendances;
  • Connaissance de la découverte produit, de la recherche utilisateur et de la conception centrée sur l’utilisateur;
  • Connaissance de secteurs complexes comme l’assurance, les services financiers ou les télécommunications.
