En tant que Scrum Master, vous accompagnerez une ou plusieurs équipes dans l’adoption et l’application efficace des pratiques agiles. Vous favoriserez la collaboration, la transparence et l’amélioration continue afin d’aider les équipes à livrer une valeur durable et de grande qualité.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Faciliter les cérémonies agiles, notamment la planification des sprints, les mêlées quotidiennes, les revues et les rétrospectives;
  • Accompagner l’équipe dans l’application des principes Scrum et des pratiques agiles adaptées à son contexte;
  • Aider l’équipe à définir des objectifs clairs, à maintenir un carnet de produit sain et à respecter ses engagements;
  • Identifier les obstacles, soutenir leur résolution et assurer le suivi des actions requises;
  • Favoriser l’autonomie, la responsabilisation, la collaboration et la communication au sein de l’équipe;
  • Collaborer avec le ou la responsable de produit, les gestionnaires et les parties prenantes;
  • Utiliser des indicateurs agiles pertinents pour soutenir les discussions et l’amélioration continue;
  • Contribuer à la gestion des dépendances, des risques et des enjeux entre les équipes;
  • Animer des ateliers et soutenir les initiatives de transformation agile.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Expérience pertinente à titre de Scrum Master auprès d’équipes multidisciplinaires;
  • Expérience en facilitation, en accompagnement d’équipe et en gestion de conflits;
  • Maîtrise d’outils de gestion agile tels que Jira ou Azure DevOps;
  • Très bonne compréhension de Scrum, Kanban et des principes Lean-Agile;
  • Capacité à influencer, à mobiliser et à établir des relations de confiance sans autorité hiérarchique;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, d’écoute et de résolution de problèmes.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master ou équivalente;
  • Expérience en transformation organisationnelle ou à grande échelle;
  • Expérience avec des équipes distribuées ou hybrides;
  • Connaissance des environnements technologiques, du développement logiciel ou des services-conseils, ainsi que des pratiques DevOps et de livraison continue.
