Votre rôle, votre impact

En tant que gestionnaire de projet - développement logiciel, vous assurerez la livraison de solutions applicatives, de la planification à la mise en production. En coordonnant les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles, vous veillerez au respect de la portée, des échéanciers, du budget et de la qualité afin de soutenir des livraisons prévisibles, sécuritaires et durables.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Piloter le cycle complet des projets de développement, d’intégration et de modernisation applicative;
  • Définir la portée, les jalons, les dépendances, les critères de succès et la stratégie de livraison;
  • Coordonner les développeurs, les analystes, les architectes, les équipes UX, l’assurance qualité, DevOps et les partenaires d’affaires;
  • Planifier les versions, les sprints, les essais, les déploiements et les activités de stabilisation;
  • Suivre l’avancement, la capacité, les risques, la dette technique et les changements de portée;
  • Assurer la qualité des livrables, la traçabilité des exigences et les critères d’acceptation;
  • Arbitrer les délais, les coûts, la portée, la qualité et les contraintes techniques;
  • Préparer la mise en production et le transfert vers le soutien avec l’architecture, la sécurité et les opérations;
  • Maintenir la documentation et la reddition de comptes dans les outils de projet.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Expérience en gestion de projets de développement logiciel ou de produits numériques;
  • Expérience avec les approches Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrides ou en cascade;
  • Maîtrise de Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ou MS Project;
  • Bonne compréhension du cycle de développement, des essais, de l’intégration et du déploiement;
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes techniques et à vulgariser les enjeux;
  • Solides compétences en planification, en gestion des risques, en coordination et en résolution de problèmes.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe ou équivalente;
  • Expérience DevOps, CI/CD, infonuagique ou en intégration de systèmes;
  • Expérience avec des équipes distribuées ou plusieurs produits interdépendants;
  • Connaissance des exigences de sécurité et de conformité.
