En tant qu’expert ou experte technique / Tech Lead ServiceNow - Service Catalog, vous interviendrez au sein du Centre de Compétences Automatisation. Votre rôle sera de développer et faire évoluer les Service Catalogs ServiceNow permettant de faciliter et d’accélérer l’accès à ces services Cloud ainsi que leur adoption.

Ce poste exige une présence sur site d’un jour par semaine à Sophia-Antipolis.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Concevoir et développer des catalogues de services dans ServiceNow;
  • Paramétrer et mettre en production les Catalog Items, les Record Producers, les workflows et les flux Flow Designer;
  • Analyser les demandes métiers et les traduire en solutions techniques ServiceNow;
  • Conseiller les équipes sur les choix d’architecture et les bonnes pratiques liées aux Service Catalogs;
  • Piloter et suivre les développements et les livraisons dans un fonctionnement Agile organisé en sprints;
  • Garantir la cohérence entre les besoins exprimés et les solutions mises en œuvre dans ServiceNow, et rédiger les spécifications au besoin;
  • Élaborer un état de l’art et des préconisations techniques sur les ServiceNow Service Catalogs;
  • Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour du backlog, des user stories et des tickets dans Jira;
  • Produire des supports de communication, de cadrage et d’accompagnement au changement, et soutenir l’adoption des nouveaux services;
  • Contribuer au besoin aux activités d’automatisation via Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions ou aux développements sous Backstage.

Environnement de travail

  • ServiceNow Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer, administration ServiceNow, Azure, Google Cloud et Jira;
  • Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub/GitHub Actions et Backstage;
  • Agilité : livraisons organisées en sprints, gestion et suivi du backlog, user stories, incidents/tâches sous Jira.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA);
  • Expérience d’au moins 1 an dans l’implémentation et la gestion de ServiceNow Service Catalogs;
  • Expérience dans des environnements Microsoft Azure et Google Cloud;
  • Maîtrise des Catalog Items, des Record Producers, des Workflows, de Flow Designer et de l’administration de la plateforme ServiceNow;
  • Maîtrise de Jira et de PowerPoint pour le suivi des activités et la production de supports;
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements et concepts Cloud;
  • Capacité à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Expérience dans un écosystème mêlant ServiceNow, Cloud, automatisation et Infrastructure as Code;
  • Connaissance de Terraform ou Terraform Enterprise, d’Ansible Automation Platform, de GitHub, de GitHub Actions et de Backstage;
  • Leadership technique et capacité à intervenir comme référent ou Tech Lead, avec un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Capacité de conseil, force de proposition et grande autonomie dans l’exécution et le pilotage de la mission;
  • Pédagogie, excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à accompagner la conduite du changement.
