Deine neue Rolle

  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner und Berater für alle IT-Fragen, Probleme und Störungen (Hard- und Softwarebereich)
  • Du betreust unsere Anwender vorrangig vor Ort, aber auch telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen (1st Level Support) entgegen, bearbeitest diese und dokumentierst sie im System
  • Du führst Fehleranalysen durch, erarbeitest Erstlösungen, stimmst dich ggf. mit den zuständigen Abteilungen ab und leitest an 2nd Level weiter
  • Du priorisierst und klassifizierst die Störungen im Ticketsystem und überwachst die Ticketbearbeitung zur Einhaltung der SLAs

Deine Stärken

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich und / oder nachweislich Erfahrung im 1st Level Support
  • Du hast großes Interesse an der Lösung von Problemen
  • Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und Geduld im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Du hast Interesse und den Willen, dazuzulernen
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Du bist Teil unseres IT-Teams bei der Allane SE und im Großraum München zu Hause. Arbeiten aus dem Home Office ist nach Absprache teilweise möglich.
