Deine neue Rolle

  • Du bist Teil des Leasingprozesses, indem du die Vertragsabwicklung übernimmst, sobald die Unterlagen unserer Kunden vorliegen, die z.B. online oder über unsere Partnerhändler einen Leasingvertrag abschließen wollen
  • Du prüfst die eingereichten Leasing-Vertragsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit und stellst sicher, dass kundenbezogene Stammdaten korrekt in unser System eingepflegt sind
  • Du agierst als fachliche Schnittstelle zu unserer Vertriebsabteilung
  • Du legst Wert auf Qualität und Genauigkeit, um einen reibungslosen Beantragungsprozess für die Kunden und Geschäftspartner zu gewährleisten
  • Du beachtest den rechtlichen Hintergrund der Vertragspartner - alles rund um das Leasinggeschäft bringen wir dir gerne bei

Deine Stärken

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z.B. im Büromanagement, erste Kenntnisse aus dem Automobilumfeld sind vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
  • Du möchtest eigenständig arbeiten und gleichzeitig Teil eines Teams werden, das dir bei Fragen immer zur Seite steht und gemeinsam Lösungen findet
  • Du hast eine gut strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Du bringst einen professionellen Ausdruck in der mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation mit
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
