Unser Teamleiter IT Finance & Risk verantwortet die fachliche und personelle Führung des gesamten Teams innerhalb des Bereichs IT Delivery. Er stellt die stabile, sichere und wirtschaftliche Bereitstellung der betreuten Geschäftsanwendungen sicher und treibt deren Weiterentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen voran.

Deine neue Rolle

  • Du hast die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter inne und förderst deren professionelle und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Du verantwortest Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Anwendungen und Services im Bereich Risk & Finance / SAP
  • Du steuerst interne und externe Ressourcen sowie relevante Dienstleister
  • Du priorisierst und setzt Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern um
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Architekturvorgaben sicher und verantwortest Planung, Budget, Risiken und Kapazitäten innerhalb des Teams

Deine Stärken

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT sowie in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Projektteams mit
  • Du besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umfeld streng regulierter Unternehmen und im Bereich SAP und / oder risikorelevanter Geschäftsprozesse
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit aus
  • Du lebst eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Du kannst sehr gut Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorweisen
