Deine neue Rolle

  • Testunterstützung (Vorbereitung / Koordination / Tests): Du hilfst uns dabei, Fehler zu finden, bevor unsere Nutzer darauf stoßen! Dabei unterstützt du bei der Vorbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung von Tests unserer Apps, um sicherzustellen, dass neue Funktionen einwandfrei funktionieren
  • Dokumentation, Auswertung & Datenaufbereitung: Du trägst dazu bei, unser Wissen zu strukturieren, indem du einfache Benutzerhandbücher, FAQs und Systemübersichten aktualisierst. Darüber hinaus tauchst du tief in unsere Daten ein, erstellst Systemberichte und gestaltest diese übersichtlich, damit das Team sehen kann, wie unsere Tools performen
  • Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Anforderungen & der Teamarbeit: Du lernst mehr über Datenschutz (z.B. DSGVO) und hilfst uns dabei, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Systeme Kundendaten sicher und gesetzeskonform verarbeiten. Außerdem sorgst du für Ordnung im Team, indem du bei täglichen operativen Aufgaben und der Teamkoordination mitwirkst
  • Systemverantwortung & Unterstützung bei der Datensicherung: Du lernst Schritt für Schritt die Besonderheiten bestimmter Apps kennen, um bei der grundlegenden Administration zu helfen und einzuspringen, wenn Teammitglieder abwesend sind
  • Unterstützung bei Audits / Jahresabschlussprüfungen (WP-Prüfung): Du hilfst uns dabei, bei den Wirtschaftsprüfern einen guten Eindruck zu hinterlassen, indem du die Systemprotokolle und Zugriffslisten bereitstellst, die sie einsehen müssen

Deine Stärken

  • Neugierig und wissbegierig: Du musst noch kein Salesforce- oder OCR-Experte sein. Du solltest lediglich ein echtes Interesse daran haben, wie moderne Unternehmenssoftware funktioniert und wie Daten von A nach B kommen
  • Ein Auge fürs Detail: Du hast ein Auge für die kleinen Dinge und arbeitest gerne strukturiert und zuverlässig - ob beim Testen von Software oder beim Verfassen von Dokumentationen
  • Eine problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise: Du hast Spaß daran, Dinge zu ergründen. Wenn ein System einen Fehler meldet, reizt es dich, den Grund dafür zu finden
  • Ambitionierter Student: Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem anderen Fachbereich mit starker Affinität zu Technik und Organisation
  • Professionelle Kommunikation: Du bringst sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch mit
