Als Operational Expert übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Autohaus am Standort Egelsbach. Du verbindest operative Vertriebssteuerung mit aktiver Verkaufsarbeit und sorgst dafür, dass unser Gebrauchtwagengeschäft erfolgreich gesteuert wird. Dabei bist du fachlicher Ansprechpartner für das Verkaufsteam, unterstützt den Standortleiter im Tagesgeschäft und trägst mit deiner Markt- und Vertriebsexpertise maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Deine neue Rolle

  • Du steuerst das operative Gebrauchtwagengeschäft am Standort und unterstützt den Standortleiter bei der Erreichung unserer Vertriebsziele
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Verkäufer bei Fragen rund um Preisgestaltung, Reklamationen und komplexe Vertriebsvorgänge
  • Du verantwortest die marktgerechte Bepreisung des Fahrzeugbestands und überprüfst diesen regelmäßig hinsichtlich Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Vermarktungserfolg
  • Du führst und unterstützt unsere Verkäufer fachlich im Tagesgeschäft, gibst Orientierung und stellst die Einhaltung von Vertriebsstandards sicher
  • Du verkaufst aktiv Fahrzeuge, begleitest anspruchsvolle Kundengespräche und trägst durch deine Vertriebserfolge maßgeblich zum Unternehmensergebnis bei

Deine Stärken

  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Automobilvertrieb und kannst nachweisbare Verkaufserfolge vorweisen
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Fahrzeugbewertung, Marktpreise und die erfolgreiche Steuerung eines Gebrauchtwagenbestands
  • Du überzeugst durch Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Kollegen fachlich zu entwickeln und zu motivieren
  • Du handelst kundenorientiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, entscheidungsstark und verstehst es, operative Aufgaben mit vertrieblichem Erfolg zu verbinden
