Deine neue Rolle

  • Du analysierst und kommentierst die monatlichen Geschäftszahlen und Monatsabschlüsse und übernimmst die dafür relevanten Koordinationsprozesse mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Accounting
  • Du unterstützt bei der jährlichen Unternehmens- und Budgetplanung, bei der Forecast-Erstellung und beim Jahresabschluss
  • Du analysierst regelmäßig die IT- und Projektkosten und führst selbstständig Plan/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen durch
  • Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption und der Implementierung von neuen Controlling-Instrumenten mit und entwickelst das interne Berichtswesens stets weiter
  • Du erstellst Reports, Ad hoc-Analysen und Kalkulationen für das interne Berichtswesen und optimierst regelmäßig Kosten- und Ertragsstrukturen

Deine Stärken

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder eine vergleichbare erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling mit
  • Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität und besitzt sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und MS Excel
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit SQL, den SAP Modulen FI/CO, Power BI und dem BI-Tool Qlik Sense
  • Du überzeugst durch eine sehr selbstständige, konzeptionelle und analytische Arbeitsweise, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe; mit deinen Kollegen und relevanten Stakeholdern kommunizierst du souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch
